Hotel Djerba Orient - Mezraia

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was near the beach and in a great spot of the tourist area. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcomed. the hotel facilities were pristine and the breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly personal, very clean hotel, they try to help you any time, good services, clean swimpool. I stay there for 14 days, and i can reccomend this hotel from pleasant and comfort stay.

Located in a prime area near the beach and shopping centers, this charming hotel boasts spacious, clean rooms and a beautiful pool area. the helpful and accommodating staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, providing the perfect start to our days exploring the island.

The outdated bathrooms could use some maintenance and modernization.

The only thing which works is the staff - quite pleasant and apologetic about the state of the hotel .

The hotel badly needs maintenance!!!!! The photos on the web are 10 yeas old and are not showing the current situation .bathrooms are that bad that we did not have a shower for two days - fitly and totally ruined. The hotel should be closed if nothing for hygiene reasons!!!! The hotel has nothing to do with 3 star rating ( a part of prices ) I would never stay there again even if it means that I have to sleep in my car

During my Christmas holidays in this hotel, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to cater to my needs. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to nightclubs and having reliable taxi services. the breakfast was plentiful and kept me full until lunchtime.

The outdated bathroom needed some attention, and the hotel overall could benefit from some refurbishment. the kitchen was not up to standard, and I found insects in my food.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that had a delicious breakfast and a convenient location close to all of the attractions. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always giving us great advice on what to do and where to eat. The pool was a great place to relax and the rooms were clean and cozy.

There was a slight musty smell in the room, and the shower didn't have the best set up. It was hard to just stand and shower, and the water would turn scalding hot every few minutes.
